Valerie & Peter found me through a referral from another photographer friend of mine – they weren’t originally going to have a photographer… they weren’t originally going to have a big wedding but one thing led to another and there I am sitting in their gorgeous dining room chatting about what their day will be like.
Peter reminds me of my Dad – very cheeky and down to earth and being about the same age too I totally wanted to photograph their day. V & P basically made me a part of their family – they are so welcoming – I actually miss them!
Valerie got ready at The Roslin which made it super easy for me to flitter about between her, and Peter greeting all the guests in the bar area. The ceremony and reception were held in the Bay Room – just the perfect size for their number of guests.
The day consisted of what every wedding should have – great company, great food and lots of laughter. <3
I’ve also included a couple of photos of their wedding album – a simple but gorgeous Graphi – soft grey leatherette cover – laser etched with their names and date. Plus a matching box in dark and light grey, embossed with their names. A beautiful work of art they can keep forever and pass down through the generations.
