The Essex Bird is me by the way – before anyone asks!
Victoria & Rob did it proper but totally made it their own. Fancy manor house (and wow – the food ergh it’s was yummy – beef wellington followed by chocolate torte!!), fancy car… accidentally (the McLaren was borrowed from Rob’s work), 205 GTi parked out the front of Goodwood House that was probably my favourite bit, King Protea – the national flower of South Africa to celebrate Victoria’s birth country. Oh and I suppose seeing my sister who was a guest and had braved a flight down from Scotland (first flight since Covid shenanigans) – that was alright. (We had deep fried Mars Bar the night before :D)
The whole day was alright, I suppose!
